Hanging Paper
The display of hanging papers was impressive in size and very attractive. When you examined it closely, the reason for its attraction was not because it was made up of especially surprising shapes. Very well-conceived, it was an attractive arrangement of ordinary shapes. Pleasing to the eye, some of the shapes were inter-connecting paper rings such as are common for a child’s Christmas tree. Some looked like cut outs from a kindergarten class, but put together into an impressive large white display from floor to ceiling , it was a delight to our eyes.
I was amazed at the mind that thought of such an imposing display. Michael Velliquette was the artist who created the pleasing project. If we ask Him, what delightful ideas would God give us? If we desire to fulfill His plans for us, what kind of remarkable skill or project can He inspire us to conceive and achieve? If we put our thoughts and plans under the direction of God, we might be very surprised at how He can use us. Afterall, He is the creator of creative ability.
